Chuck Kocher is the Founder and President of The Transformation Company and has over 40 years of experience building, transforming and coaching high growth organizations. For the past 18+ years, Chuck has been a passionate and dedicated Coach/Practitioner/Facilitator/Author/Teacher that actively utilizes the Rockefeller Habits and Scaling Up Methodologies/Tools/Best Practices with 1000s of clients across the globe. Many of his clients have achieved game changing results, achievements and awards. He is an avid learner (300 hrs./year) and is always curious about thinking differently about Strategy/Execution/Cash/People/Leadership/Disruption/Innovation. He is also a proud member of the Growth Institute Faculty and has been teaching the Scaling Up Master Class for past 5+ years. He lives in Colorado and enjoys spending time in the great outdoors with his wife, children and dogs.
