Raj Sisodia is the FW Olin Distinguished Professor of Global Business and Whole Foods Market Research Scholar in Conscious Capitalism at Babson College. He is also Co-Founder and Chairman Emeritus of Conscious Capitalism Inc. He has a Ph. D. in Marketing from Columbia University. Raj has published ten books and over 100 academic articles. His books include Conscious Capitalism: Liberating the Heroic Spirit of Business, Firms of Endearment: How World Class Companies Profit from Passion and Purpose, Everybody Matters and Shakti Leadership. He is on the Board of Directors at The Container Store, and a trustee of Conscious Capitalism Inc.

Despite the obstacles, Chapman applied a unique blend of strategy and culture in growing Barry-Wehmiller to 100+ acquisitions and nearly 12,000 team members in 28 countries.
Over the past two decades, a series of realizations led him away from traditional management practices to Truly Human Leadership–where his employees feel valued and cared for. This transformation inspired his WSJ bestseller Everybody Matters: The Extraordinary Power of Caring for Your People Like Family. His TEDx Talk and a 2016 Harvard case study also profile his leadership philosophy.
Chapman has a BA from Indiana University and an MBA from Michigan. He spent his early career as an accountant with Price Waterhouse.
